We know we need strength, agility, balance and flexibility training, but let’s use nature’s gym for our cardio while the weather permits. Starting on April 13, join us for a new walking club! Discover a new walking style to ease pressure from the joints and ensure you can go the distance forever. This is not power walking, it’s ChiWalking! This week, get yourself on the registration list at the front desk. You’ll receive helpful videos and get the background you’ll need to make this an enriching experience you’ll take with you forever.
